Job summary

JEVS Human Services is seeking a Resource Coordinator to support VIP program participants through case management and reentry guidance. You will help develop Individual Anti‑Violence plans and coordinate services with partner agencies to promote successful outcomes.

The role involves counseling, barrier removal, and ensuring program engagement while maintaining accurate records and coordination with the program team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in case management and job readiness in adult social services.
• Sensitivity to the needs of special populations.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience teaching/training in a classroom setting.
• Demonstrated ability to problem solve and collaborate with diverse customers/partners.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
• Adhere to JEVS Code of Conduct and Professional Ethics.

Responsibilities

• Provide support services and case management to VIP program participants.
• Develop Individual Anti-Violence plans (IAP) for clients.
• Facilitate VIP focus groups and retention services to promote attendance.
• Provide counseling to address barriers and support goal achievement.
• Maintain progress notes and prepare program reports.
