Job summary

Women’s Home Preservation in Baltimore seeks a Project Operations Manager to drive real estate development initiatives in underinvested communities. You will work closely with the CEO and a team of architects, engineers, lawyers, lenders, and other professionals to plan, finance, and execute projects with social impact.

The role emphasizes budgeting, grant applications, fundraising, and ensuring compliance with regulations while delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, business, or related field.
• Proven real estate development experience with financial analysis, grant applications, and fundraising.
• Strong financial modeling and pro forma development skills.
• Knowledge of US real estate regulations and compliance.
• Excellent project management and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project budgets, including financial modeling and pro forma analysis.
• Monitor project finances and optimize performance.
• Identify grant opportunities and lead grant applications.
• Develop fundraising strategies to secure funding.
• Support CEO on all aspects of project management.
• Collaborate with project teams to meet timelines and budgets.
• Build relationships with communities and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with partners to align with community needs.
