Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. This part-time role includes ongoing mentorship, hands‑on training, and opportunities to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

Responsibilities include implementing ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA, using positive reinforcement, collecting progress data, and collaborating with families and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy or related settings is preferred.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Reliable transportation and local travel to in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage with clients and assist with mobility up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
