Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. The role offers mentorship and hands-on training to grow into full-time responsibilities as caseloads expand.

You’ll implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA, use positive reinforcement to promote learning, collect data, and collaborate with families and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in ABA therapy or related settings.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology or Education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
