Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) seeks a Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA.

This part-time role offers mentorship, growth opportunities, flexible scheduling, travel as needed, and benefits for full-time staff, with a path to BCBA through university partnerships.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology/Education or related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions
• Ability to actively engage clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
