Job summary

The Learning Tree ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children with autism and related disorders. You will deliver direct-care behavioral therapy, collaborate with BCBAs and BCaBAs, and help implement individualized treatment plans in client sessions.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, be 18+, and be willing to travel between client locations. If not yet RBT certified, you must obtain certification within three months of hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to travel to and between client locations.
• If not RBT certified, must complete RBT certification within first 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct-care behavioral therapy in individual sessions (group sessions may also be assigned).
• Work with BCBAs and BCaBAs to implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect accurate data as per company policies.
• Submit session notes related to treatment plan implementation.
• Support family and caregivers in following behavioral support strategies.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism including appropriate clothing, timeliness, and communication.
