Job summary

The Learning Tree ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to deliver evidence-based behavioral therapy to children with autism and related disorders. You will work with BCBAs to implement treatment plans and collect precise data.

A focus on professionalism, timely communication, and travel between client locations is essential. If not RBT certified, you will complete the RBT certification within the first 3 months of employment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Travel to and between client locations.
• If not RBT certified, must complete RBT certification within the first 3 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct-care behavioral therapy in individual sessions (group sessions may be assigned).
• Collaborate with BCBAs and BCaBAs to implement treatment plans.
• Collect accurate data according to company policies.
• Submit session notes related to treatment plan implementation.
• Support families and caregivers in following behavioral strategies.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism including appropriate clothing, timeliness, and communication.
