Job summary

The Learning Tree ABA is actively hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children with autism and related disorders. You will provide direct behavioral therapy, collect accurate data, and collaborate with BCBAs/BCaBAs to implement treatment plans, traveling to client locations as needed.

This role emphasizes professionalism, ongoing training, and contributing to meaningful, lasting improvements in behavior for children and their families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to travel to and between client locations.
• If not RBT certified, must complete RBT certification within the first 3 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct-care behavioral therapy in individual sessions (group sessions may be assigned).
• Work with BCBAs and BCaBAs to implement treatment plans.
• Collect accurate data per company policies.
• Submit session notes related to treatment plan implementation.
• Support families and caregivers in following behavioral strategies.
