Job summary

The Learning Tree ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide direct-care behavioral therapy to children with autism and related disorders. You will work under supervision with BCBAs and BCaBAs to implement individualized treatment plans and collect data on progress.

As part of the role, you will travel between client locations, complete required certifications within the first 3 months, and contribute to a supportive, growth-oriented team environment focused on meaningful

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Must be able to travel to and between client locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct-care behavioral therapy in individual sessions (group sessions may be assigned).
• Work with BCBAs and BCaBAs to implement treatment plans.
• Collect accurate data per company policies.
• Submit session notes related to treatment plan implementation.
• Support family and caregivers in following behavioral strategies.
• Maintain professionalism including attire, timeliness, and communication.
