Job summary

Champions ABA - MA in Malden, Massachusetts is seeking a Behavior Technician (RBT) or Registered Behavior Technician to join our in-home and community-based ABA therapy team. You will work one-on-one with clients, implement individualized treatment plans under supervision, and help individuals with ASD develop social, communication, and behavioral skills.

The role emphasizes collaboration with BCBA and licensed therapists, data collection, and progress documentation.

Qualifications

• Completion of an RBT course and certification (or willing to complete within 60 days of hire).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with individuals with ASD is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized ABA therapy sessions to clients in homes or community settings.
• Implement treatment plans developed by BCBAs and licensed therapists.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client sessions and progress.
