Job summary

Champions ABA - MA is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician (RBT) to support in-home and community-based therapy in Dennis, MA. You will work with BCBA colleagues to implement individualized treatment plans for children with ASD, collect data, and communicate with families to ensure continuity of care.

The role emphasizes collaboration, confidentiality, and accurate record-keeping, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 12 hours of BACB RBT training and certification eligibility.
• Experience working with individuals with ASD, preferably in a therapeutic setting.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Implementation of ABA therapy programs, including behavior skills training, social skills training, and functional skills training.
• Data collection and maintenance of behavioral progress.
• Collaboration with BCBAs and psychologists to develop and modify treatment plans.
• Communication with parents and caregivers to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of therapy sessions.
