Job summary

Champions ABA in Dennis, MA is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team for in-home and community-based therapy. You will work with BCBA and licensed psychologists to implement individualized treatment plans for children with ASD.

The role emphasizes data collection, progress tracking, and collaboration with families to ensure continuity of care. A high school diploma, 12 hours of RBT training, and BACB certification or eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 12 hours of RBT training and BACB certification or eligibility.
• Experience working with individuals with ASD in a therapeutic setting preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with discretion.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy programs including behavior skills, social skills and functional skills.
• Data collection and tracking of behavioral progress.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and psychologists to adjust treatment plans.
• Communicate with parents and caregivers to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions.
