Job summary

Champions ABA - MA seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our in-home and community-based ABA therapy team in Newton, MA. You will work one-on-one with clients, implementing individualized treatment plans under supervision of BCBAs to promote growth and independence.

As part of a collaborative team, you will collect data, attend trainings, and maintain thorough records, while communicating with families and interdisciplinary staff to ensure comprehensive care.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans in collaboration with our BCBAs and other professionals
• Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy services to clients with autism and other developmental disabilities
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress, utilizing tools and software as needed
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices and improve client outcomes
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client sessions, progress, and billing information
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
