Job summary

Champions ABA - CT is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized ABA therapy to clients in their homes. You will work closely with BCBAs and the interdisciplinary team to implement treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.

Responsibilities include data collection, progress tracking, and maintaining thorough records. Travel to client homes and collaboration with families are essential for consistent, effective care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Education, Human Development).
• Completion of a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training program and certification.
• 1+ year of experience working with individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized ABA therapy sessions to clients in a home-based setting.
• Implement treatment plans developed by BCBAs and other team members.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Maintain accurate and thorough records of client sessions and progress.
• Collaborate with family members and caregivers to ensure consistency and continuity of care.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and company policies.
