Achievements ABA Therapy in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy under a BCBA supervisor. You will work with children with autism in in-home and community settings, collect data using Rethink software, and maintain progress notes.

Qualifications

• RBT credential required.
• Experience with children, autism, or ABA preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Clear level-two background check and verifiable references.

Responsibilities

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver ABA therapy as an RBT.
• Provide in-home and community-based interventions using ABA principles.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions using Rethink software.
• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators to report progress.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain records to monitor client progress.
