Achievements ABA Therapy in the United States is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism under a BCBA supervisor. You will provide in-home and community-based interventions, collect data with Rethink, and maintain accurate progress notes while collaborating with analysts and coordinators to report on client progress.

This full-time or part-time role offers competitive pay ($25–$30/hour), benefits for full-time

Qualifications

• High school diploma required (Bachelor’s preferred or in progress).
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required.
• Experience with children, autism, or ABA is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Clear level-two background check and verifiable references.

Responsibilities

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Provide in-home and community-based interventions, utilizing ABA principles as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions using our Rethink software.
• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators to ensure accurate and timely reporting of progress.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain accurate records as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to monitor client progress effectively.
