Job summary

Achievments ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy under a BCBA supervisor. You’ll work with children in-home and in the community, applying ABA principles to support skill development.

You’ll collect data with Rethink, report progress to behavior analysts, and complete daily notes while pursuing growth through our BCBA-in-Training and college reimbursement programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred or in progress.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required.
• Experience with children, autism, or ABA preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Clear level-two background check and verifiable references.

Responsibilities

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as an RBT.
• Provide in-home and community-based interventions, utilizing ABA principles.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition using Rethink software.
• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators to ensure accurate and timely reporting of progress.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain accurate records as an RBT to monitor client progress.
