Job summary

Achievements ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism in home and community settings. You will work under a BCBA supervisor to implement interventions and collect data.

This role offers competitive pay of $25.00–$30.00 per hour, full-time benefits after 25 hours per week, PTO, 401(k) with matching, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for professional development including BCBA-in-training and college

Qualifications

• RBT credential required and applicable to ABA therapy.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred or in progress.
• Experience working with children with autism or in ABA is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Clear background check and verifiable references.

Responsibilities

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as an RBT.
• Provide in-home and community-based interventions using ABA principles.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition using Rethink software.
• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators for timely progress reporting.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain accurate records to monitor client progress.
