Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred or in progress.
• RBT credential required.
• Experience with children/autism/ABA preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Clear level-two background check and verifiable references.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• In-home and community-based interventions using ABA.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition.
• Report progress to analysts and coordinators with accuracy.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain records.
