Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) seeks a Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. Part-time positions with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

You will implement ABA-based plans under a BCBA, collect data, and collaborate with families and clinical teams. Travel to clients' locations is required; reliable transportation and a passion for helping children are essential.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
