Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking an energetic Registered Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children in home, school, or community settings. The role includes implementing ABA plans designed by a BCBA and collecting progress data.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and professional development sessions.
