Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a part‑time Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA plans designed by a BCBA and use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.

The role offers mentorship, career growth opportunities, and hands‑on training. Travel locally is required, with a path to full‑time as caseloads expand, plus benefits for full‑time staff.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy or related fields is preferred.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in‑home sessions.
• Ability to actively engage with clients and assist with mobility up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
