Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) seeks a Registered Behavior Technician for part-time work with growth potential as caseloads expand. You will conduct 1:1 sessions with children in home, school or community settings and deliver ABA plans under a BCBA, while collecting data to monitor progress.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or a related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to actively engage with clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams for success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
