Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA-based treatment plans under a BCBA supervisor.

This role offers ongoing mentorship, career growth opportunities, and hands-on training to make a meaningful impact on the families we serve. It also provides flexibility and the potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy or related field.
• Bachelor's degree preferred (Psychology, Education, or related).
• Reliable transportation and willing to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to actively engage with clients; sit on the floor; lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
