Job summary

Total Care ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children in-home and in-school across Fountain Hills, Gilbert, and the broader Arizona area. Earn $20–$28 per hour with flexible schedules and ongoing professional development.

You'll deliver ABA therapy, collect data, and collaborate with families and a BCBA team to help children reach meaningful progress. Full-time and part-time options are available.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification preferred
• Active BACB registration
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support development of communication, social, behavior, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Travel to client homes or community settings as needed
• Provide in-home and in-school services within Arizona
