Total Care ABA in Union City, IN is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children in home, school, and community settings across Indiana.

Earn $20–$27 per hour with flexible full-time or part-time schedules and paid training. You will deliver ABA therapy, implement plans, and collect data, traveling locally to client homes.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification.
• Active BACB registration.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• ABA experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, daily living skills.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress.
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress.
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services.
• Services provided in person throughout Indiana.
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement.
