PBS Corp. is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to support children in home, school, or community settings in Marlborough, MA. You will implement ABA plans under a BCBA, use positive reinforcement, and collect data to track progress.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RBT certification.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related fields.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in‑home sessions.
• Ability to actively engage with clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 services with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
