Job summary

PBS Corp. is hiring part-time Registered Behavior Technicians to support children with autism and related developmental disabilities across home, school, or community settings.

You will implement ABA plans designed by a BCBA, collect progress data, and collaborate with families and clinical teams. The role offers mentorship, growth opportunities, and a chance to become a BCBA with our support.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy or related fields is preferred.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred in Psychology, Education, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
