Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.

You will implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA, use positive reinforcement, collect data, and collaborate with families and clinical teams. Part-time roles offer mentorship and growth opportunities as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field preferred.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred in Psychology, Education, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
