Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking a qualified Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to deliver direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home or clinic settings. You will follow supervising BCBA plans, collect data, and submit session notes while collaborating with team.

Flexible hours with the potential for routine travel up to 25% and a schedule that supports work-life balance. A valid driver's license and vehicle are required to commute between locations.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
• Effective communication in the English language, including verbal and written communication.
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
• Valid state identification card.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home or in clinic environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings.
• You must have a vehicle and valid drivers license to commute from each location and be prompt to appointments.
• Other duties as assigned.
