Total Care ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Indiana. You will work one-on-one with children in home, school, and community settings to deliver ABA therapy and support a BCBA-designed plan.

Qualifikationen

• Current Registered Behavior Technician certification is required.
• Active BACB registration is required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with children is preferred; ABA experience is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress.
• Accurately keep record of client's progress.
• Travel to client's homes/community settings as required.
• Services provided in person throughout Indiana.
