Job summary

Total Care ABA is hiring an in-home and in-school Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Indiana. You will deliver individualized ABA therapy, implement BCBA plans, collect data, and help develop daily living and social skills in home and school settings.

We offer flexible scheduling, ongoing training, and opportunities for professional growth while supporting children with autism to reach their potential.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Active BACB registration.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• ABA experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services
• Services provided in person throughout Indiana
