Job summary

Total Care ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Jasper, IN to work one-on-one with children in home, school, and community settings. You will deliver ABA services and collect progress data while collaborating with a BCBA and families.

The role offers flexible schedules, training, and growth opportunities. Must have RBT certification, BACB registration, and reliable transportation for local travel within Indiana.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification
• Active BACB registration
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children preferred
• ABA experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings as required to deliver services
• Services provided in person throughout Indiana
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training and commitment to continuous learning
