Total Care ABA in Indiana is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children in home, school, and community settings. Join a compassionate team dedicated to helping kids reach their full potential while delivering evidence-based ABA therapy.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Active BACB registration.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress.
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress.
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services.
• Services provided in person throughout Indiana.
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement.
