Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician to support one-to-one ABA services in home, school, or community settings.

You will implement ABA plans designed by a BCBA, collect data, and collaborate with families to promote learning. Part-time roles with potential for full-time as caseloads expand. The organization offers mentorship, growth opportunities, and competitive pay with annual raises.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in ABA therapy or related settings.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BoardCertified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions
