Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to support children in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA plans under BCBA supervision. This role offers mentorship, growth, and hands-on training while contributing to meaningful outcomes for families.

Flexible scheduling, holiday pay, and opportunities to advance to BCBA are highlighted. A quarterly bonus of $500 is available for achieving weekly hour targets, with travel reimbursement and full-time benefits

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA or related settings.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage with clients and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
