Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for part-time roles with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. You will work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA and collecting progress data.

The role emphasizes hands-on training, mentorship, and career growth within a supportive PBS environment, with opportunities for advancement as your caseload

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• Ability to engage with clients and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
