Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA plans created by a BCBA and collecting progress data.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy or related fields is preferred.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s in psychology/education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development.
