Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver ABA-based services to children in home, school, or community settings. Part-time positions available with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

You will work 1:1 under BCBA supervision, collect data, implement treatment plans, and collaborate with families and clinical teams. PBS Corp. provides mentorship, training, and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy or related fields.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
