Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA and use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.

We offer part-time roles with growth into full-time as caseloads expand, mentorship, and ongoing training. Travel locally is required, and benefits include insurance and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with ABA therapy or related fields.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage with clients and assist with mobility (lift up to 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
