PBS Corp. is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to support children in home, school, or community settings. Mentorship, career growth, and hands-on training are provided as caseloads expand. Flexible scheduling and a clear path to full-time are highlighted in this role.

You will implement ABA-based plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure successful outcomes. Prior experience in ABA and a valid RBT certification are required.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology or related fields.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Record data to monitor client progress and collaborate with families and clinical teams.
