Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for part-time roles with growth potential into full-time as caseloads expand. You will work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA plans under a BCBA, and collecting progress data.

Travel to sessions is common, with opportunities for mentor-ship and advancement. The role emphasizes hands-on training, mentorship, and a path to BCBA, with benefits including growth

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA-based treatment in home, school, or community settings.
• Collect and record client progress data.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Promote learning and independence through positive reinforcement.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
