Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring as an RBT on a part-time basis with the potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. You will work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA plans designed by a BCBA and collecting progress data.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in relevant field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA-based services in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement treatment plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect and record client data to monitor progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams; attend team meetings and trainings.
