Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation is seeking an RBT to join our team for part-time roles with the potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. You will work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings and implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy or related fields.
• High school diploma required; BA preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage clients and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
