Aluma Care Management LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team in Hays, Kansas. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic, following treatment plans designed by a BCBA.

Responsibilities include data collection, progress documentation, and collaboration with families and team members to ensure client success, while maintaining a safe, supportive therapy environment.

• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
