Aluma Care Management LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy at homes, schools, or clinics in the Kansas City area. You will implement BCBA-designed plans, collect data, and work closely with families to drive client progress.

The role offers flexible part-time schedules, certification support, and opportunities for growth within a collaborative team focused on improving kids’ lives.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Background check clearance and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
