Job summary

Aluma Care Management LLC in Perry, Kansas is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team. The role involves delivering 1:1 therapy in home, school, or clinic settings under BCBA-designed plans, and collecting progress data.

We value flexible schedules, ongoing professional development, and collaboration with families and teammates to ensure client success. Candidates must have/willing to obtain RBT certification and pass background checks; travel locally may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
