Job summary

Aluma Care, LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team. We provide 1:1 therapy in-home, school, or clinic settings and support BCBA-designed treatment plans to improve client outcomes.

Ideal candidates have an RBT certification, HS diploma or equivalent, and are reliable with transport. Both part-time and full-time roles are available in Shawnee County, Kansas, with flexible schedules and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
