Aluma Care Management LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings in Douglas County, Kansas. The role includes following BCBA-designed treatment plans and collecting progress data, with flexible shifts and opportunities for both part-time and full-time engagement.

Applicants should have an RBT certification and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Must have RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous ABA experience a plus, but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
