Achievements ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism under a BCBA supervisor. The role includes in-home and community sessions, data collection, and timely progress reporting.

Qualifications

• RBT credential required.
• Experience with children, autism or ABA preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Clear background check and verifiable references.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver ABA therapy as an RBT.
• Provide in-home and community-based interventions, utilizing ABA principles as an RBT.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions using our Rethink software.
• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators to ensure accurate and timely reporting of progress.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain accurate records as an RBT to monitor client progress.
